Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, operations, or business leadership, ideally in e-commerce, Amazon, or marketplace services.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue, optimizing operations, and driving results in high-growth environments.
  • Skilled deal-maker with expertise in complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Exceptional problem-solver who identifies bottlenecks quickly and implements effective operational solutions.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with grit, resilience, and a bias for action in challenging, fast-paced settings.
