About the role

Develop and implement a clear growth strategy for the agency
Lead and expand the team (recruitment, development and motivation of employees)
Strategically expand our service offering in Social Media and Influencer Marketing, as well as our events
Identify and implement new business areas, e.g. new market segments or artists
Manage projects and processes in close collaboration with the founding team
