• Develop and implement a clear growth strategy for the agency
• Lead and expand the team (recruitment, development and motivation of employees)
• Strategically expand our service offering in Social Media and Influencer Marketing, as well as our events
• Identify and implement new business areas, e.g. new market segments or artists
