About the role
- Build and scale a predictable multi-channel GTM motion across inbound, outbound, and nearbound activities
- Own the Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle and define handoffs between Marketing and Sales
- Lead and coach a small team, set priorities, and maintain execution rhythm
- Treat the GTM stack as a product and keep it healthy and measurable
- Run GTM operations delivery through a backlog and sprint cadence
- Build the single source of truth for revenue metrics and reporting
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to turn strategy into executable outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Proven experience owning and improving the end-to-end revenue engine
- Track record of leading a team and driving execution across functions
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills to translate revenue data into decisions
- AI-first mindset with evidence of using automation
