• You are deployed flexibly several times a week and bring variety to your day — whether in the secretariat, at reception or in sample registration
• You independently draft and send correspondence, both in paper form and digitally
• You prepare standard letters and invoices while keeping processes in view
• Thanks to you, incoming mail and digital communications are reliably recorded in the business control system
• At reception and the switchboard you are the friendly first point of contact for visitors and callers
• You register incoming samples in the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and ensure smooth day-to-day laboratory operations
