About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are deployed flexibly several times a week and bring variety to your day — whether in the secretariat, at reception or in sample registration
- You independently draft and send correspondence, both in paper form and digitally
- You prepare standard letters and invoices while keeping processes in view
- Thanks to you, incoming mail and digital communications are reliably recorded in the business control system
- At reception and the switchboard you are the friendly first point of contact for visitors and callers
- You register incoming samples in the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and ensure smooth day-to-day laboratory operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have completed commercial or comparable vocational training and bring at least three years of professional experience
- You enjoy varied tasks and feel comfortable working in a rotation system
- You have excellent German language skills, spoken and written, and can communicate well in English — additional languages are a plus
- Ideally, you are familiar with clearly structured processes, for example from government agencies, public offices or laboratories
- You quickly grasp and connect complex interrelations — and you even enjoy doing so
- Quality is a given for you; you are resilient, flexible and enjoy collaborating in a team
- Service orientation is not just a word for you but part of how you work
