About the role

  • Lead end-to-end design for complex, workflow-driven experiences across Spotify for Artists
  • Explore and define interaction patterns for AI-assisted and automation-driven features
  • Rapidly prototype and test ideas using modern AI-enabled tools and environments
  • Partner closely with engineering to translate intent-based experiences into scalable, production-ready systems
  • Contribute to evolving design systems and patterns for AI-assisted product experiences
  • Share learnings, patterns, and best practices to grow the team’s fluency in agent-driven product thinking
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and research through critiques, async reviews, and continuous feedback loops

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing digital products with a focus on user impact and quality
  • experience working on AI-powered or automation-driven experiences such as copilots, assistants, or workflow tools
  • comfortable working close to code and prototyping with modern tools and environments
  • think in systems, considering edge cases, orchestration, and long-term scalability
  • energized by ambiguity and early-stage product development
