About the role
- Build and coordinate all aspects of programs under the Salesforce CPQ portfolio, including detailed project plans, resource allocations, risk/issue remediation, status reporting, and budget management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project details and execution.
- Maintain a technical, end-to-end understanding of upstream and downstream dependencies across GTM and CPQ systems.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects of varying size, scope, and complexity.
- Coordinate cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Craft communications tailored to different audiences, from executive-level presentations to materials consumed by engineering, security, marketing, and other teams.
- Proactively identify risks across assigned areas and collaborate with teams and management to mitigate issues before they arise
Requirements
- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ as a Scrum Master or Analyst is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ideally within a PMO framework.
