• Apply credible best practices in learning, including neuroscience, cognitive psychology, pedagogy, and behavioural science
• Support clients in achieving meaningful behavioural change with measurable results
• Contribute to the sales process through discovery calls, proposal writing, and leading client pitches
• Articulate Sponge’s value through enablement materials, case studies, and thought leadership
• Assess skill gaps and prioritise learning needs to solve business challenges through effective learning experiences
• Advise strategic accounts on learning strategy as both challenger and advisor
• Design and facilitate creative, effective workshops with stakeholders
• Forge partnerships across the business and identify quality or process improvements
• Support development of others through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring
• Share thought leadership on social channels and at industry events
