About the role
- Own Splitit’s go-to-market story, keeping our value proposition razor-sharp and resonant.
- Create and manage impactful sales content - decks, battlecards, playbooks, demos, and case studies that close deals.
- Develop onboarding and continuous learning programs that turn reps into product experts and trusted advisors.
- Streamline and own sales processes and systems - from pipeline management to forecasting accuracy.
- Oversee CRM strategy (Hubspot), reporting, dashboards, and analytics to give leadership clear visibility and insights.
- Work with Marketing to craft multi-channel lead generation campaigns that drive pipeline and brand awareness.
- Drive the commercialization of Splitit’s products and solutions, ensuring innovations are effectively translated into market-ready offerings.
- Serve as the connective tissue between global teams - aligning people, process, and performance.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership roles, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
- Experience scaling B2B or enterprise sales functions in high-growth environments.
- Strong command of Hubspot, Tableau, and other sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller with a bias for action.
- Proven track record of shortening sales cycles, increasing win rates, and enabling sales productivity.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit - act fast to create clarity.
