Business Development Rep

• Help launch and scale a new business focused on delivering white-label installment credit card and lending solutions to banks and credit unions.
• Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships while helping establish a new distribution channel for the company.
• Identify and engage prospective bank and credit union partners.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, industry networking, referrals, and strategic relationship development.
• Lead opportunities through discovery, solution positioning, business case development, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Collaborate with leadership throughout the sales process to advance strategic opportunities.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across lending, payments, digital banking, product, and executive leadership teams.
• Represent Splitit at industry events and develop relationships across the banking, credit union, fintech, and payments ecosystem.
