Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective and existing customers.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their business objectives using product solutions.

Requirements
Proven track record of driving large-scale growth with 3PLs, freight forwarders, NVOCC, Ocean Liners, Airlines, GHAs, and logistics providers. Deep regional knowledge of local airports, seaports, local leaders, and influencers.
Intense obsession with customer experience and proven ability to drive value-based growth while also helping shape the internal roadmap through deep customer insights.
Strong use of CRM (ideally Salesforce) and data analytics tools to make data-driven decisions for customers and the organization.
