• Create and test hypotheses through A/B experiments and rapid iteration.

• Craft high-impact experiences that fuel user and revenue growth across Splice’s multi-product ecosystem.
• Work at the intersection of product strategy, experimentation, and execution; partner closely with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, data scientists, marketing, finance, legal, and customer experience teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.
• Lead both iterative optimization and mission-critical, strategic initiatives, including greenfield work that requires navigating ambiguity, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and building new growth levers from the ground up.
