About the role

  • Identify and research target accounts (data teams, AI teams, analytics leaders)
  • Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Personalize outreach for technical personas (data engineers, analytics engineers, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops
  • Track outreach and performance using CRM tools

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in BDR/SDR, sales, or growth roles (preferably in SaaS or startups)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with technical audiences (or willing to learn quickly)
  • Curious about AI, data, and developer tools
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to handle rejection and iterate quickly
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience selling to data teams / developers / technical buyers
  • Familiarity with tools like dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup
