About the role
- A leadership role in the Community
- Responsible for promoting a culture of wellness
- Implements strategies for the planning, scheduling, and organizing of wellness and recreational activities
- Provides oversight for the planning and implementation of Life Enrichment programs at the Community
- Attend training to build understanding and capacity to undertake QAPI work
- Collects community data and tracks community outcomes
- Support educational initiatives to promote wellness as a lifestyle choice
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. degree in related field
- 2 Years experience in wellness and/or life enrichment programming preferred
- Speak and understand English
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Knowledge of the social, psychological, and recreational needs of the aging
- Valid driver’s license
