• Create functional specifications for enhancements and implementations
• Participate in system configuration, customization, and integration
• Develop and execute test plans
• Address system defects and implement fixes with IT and vendors
• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process flows
• Guide and support HR users
• Manage HR technology projects from planning through monitoring
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and project milestones
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure HR system data integrity and accuracy
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights for HR strategies
