About the role
- Partner with customer account teams on major Retail, CPG, and partner accounts.
- Manage the technical aspects of client implementation and onboarding.
- Assist clients in leveraging our data.
- Run ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Help develop internal tooling to scale technical processes.
- Assess and triage issues within our applications and data feed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience desired in solutions engineering, technical sales, customer success, or related field
- Expert level SQL and ability to work with large data sets
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers about their business questions and expectations
- Experienced in analyzing complex data sets and presenting findings to clients
- Understanding of the CPG and Retail landscape
- A deep desire to deliver insights to our customers
- Results-focused, and able to effectively manage multiple CPG and Retailer relationships with complex, time-sensitive projects
- Act as a senior business partner to Customer Success and Sales
- Passion for translating business needs and questions into the right visualizations in an intuitive and compelling way
- Comfortable setting expectations to avoid scope creep
- Proven success as a self-driven contributor in a fast-moving and highly collaborative environment, such as startups, is highly desirable
- Desire to learn new technologies and continuously refine and improve existing processes
- Occasional travel to client sites
- Tableau, Retool, and Snowflake experience are a huge plus
