Spinrite

• Assist with the management of US and Canadian corporate income tax compliance for all Spinrite companies, including coordination of tax return preparation with outside tax service providers, preparation of income tax provisions, monitoring and executing tax installment payments.
• Assist with the management of sales and use tax compliance for all Spinrite companies, including the use of Avalara for tax return preparation, executing payments and support of tax audits.
• Take the lead on special tax compliance–related projects as assigned.
• Assist with the management of day-to-day cash flow of Spinrite companies, including monitoring and reporting on bank borrowings.
• Perform analysis to support a foreign exchange (FX) currency hedging program.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Perform month-end close activities related to bank reconciliations and other related duties.
• Assist with the management of insurance requests and the maintenance of company insurance policies, including coordinating and collecting data for the annual insurance renewal, reviewing results, and preparing summary reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
