Systems Engineer

• Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP.
• Configure and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.

• Conduct periodic audits of user access and application licensing to improve security and optimize software spend.
• Ensure business systems adhere to Spindrift’s security, compliance, and governance standards.

ERP Systems Analyst

Supply Chain

• End to end supply chain planning inclusive of MRP, purchasing execution, production planning and product allocation
• Inventory control efforts with raw materials and finished goods including, but not limited to, inventory transfers & lot tracking
• Use of MRP to execute purchasing that supports the set production plan
• Transactional execution and system management of a NetSuite inventory management system
• Manage appropriate inventory levels of finished goods across a multitude of 3rd party sites, accounting for both sales forecasts and customer orders
• Communicate thoroughly across functions, specifically with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, Accounting and Sales
• Actively communicate and work with co-packer & supplier partners to ensure timelines are met
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with freight partners for all shipments containing incomplete or inaccurate product information
• Achieve overall corporate as well as specific functional goals
• Identify opportunities to improve procedures and policies that add value to the business

Supply Chain Planner

Account Executive

• Own the number mentality – deliver on the company’s KPIs for the region
• Sell and execute incremental display space throughout assigned territory
• Optimize shelf space and merchandise product and displays to drive sales growth
• Drive consumer awareness of the brand through point-of-sale material and in store execution of sales promotions
• Seek every opportunity to educate consumers in stores on what makes our brand the best in the category
• Ensure quality, rotate product and remove damaged packages
• Maintain organization and proper rotation of back stock
• Accurately and expertly utilize CRM applications to chronicle daily activities and display execution
• Build and promote positive rapport with key contacts in stores in order to secure incremental display space

Area Sales Representative

Manager

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for the beverage portfolio using historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams.
• Lead and facilitate the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, production plans, inventory levels, and sales strategies.
• Analyze sales data, promotional activities, seasonality, and market trends to refine forecasting models and improve accuracy.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to incorporate new product launches, promotions, and retailer demands into forecasts.
• Work with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet retailer demand while minimizing excess stock and stockouts.
• Track and report on forecast accuracy, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to improve future predictions.
• Continuously enhance demand planning and S&OP processes, leveraging industry best practices and technology to drive efficiency.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on demand trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Leverage demand planning software and ERP systems to streamline forecasting and S&OP processes.

• Identify, target, and win new business with priority distributors and operators. Build and execute against a robust pipeline to deliver quarterly and annual growth goals.
• Deliver against revenue and gross margin targets across assigned accounts and geographies. Grow existing distributor and operator relationships while expanding distribution and product assortment.
• Prioritize markets and accounts based on opportunity. Develop and execute tailored plans to increase availability, visibility, and velocity.
