Account Executive

• “Own the number” mentality – deliver on the company’s KPIs for the region
• Sell and execute incremental display space throughout assigned territory
• Optimize shelf space and merchandise product and displays to drive sales growth
• Drive consumer awareness of the brand through point-of-sale material and in store execution of sales promotions
• Seek every opportunity to educate consumers in stores on what makes our brand the best in the category
• Ensure quality, rotate product and remove damaged packages
• Maintain organization and proper rotation of back stock
• Accurately and expertly utilize CRM applications to chronicle daily activities and display execution
• Build and promote positive rapport with key contacts in stores in order to secure incremental display space
• Service assigned account base with consistency and purposeful follow-up (approx. 8-12 stops/day)
• Develop and schedule weekly account visits based on specific business needs
• Understand customer needs - identify how you, as the primary point of contact, can partner with the customer and enact a plan to drive sales growth for the store and Spindrift
• Achieve mutually beneficial agreements through skilled negotiation
• Understand the importance of building trust and credibility with accounts
• Support and contribute to a culture that is consistent with the overall organization and emphasizes the values of the Company

Area Sales Representative

Accounts Receivable

• Apply incoming payments (ACH/wire/check/lockbox) accurately and timely; research and resolve unapplied cash.
• Maintain customer account records, including payment activity, remittances, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor the AR aging report; help follow up on past due invoices and resolve payment issues with customers.
• Prepare and maintain AR schedules and reconciliations to support month-end close (AR aging tie-out, unapplied cash, credits, etc.).
• Assisting customer operations with tasks including invoice corrections, portal submissions, and AR inquiries.
• Track and research deductions/short pays, including pricing, freight, damages, returns, and promotional/trade-related deductions; coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Customer Service to validate and resolve.
• Support chargeback management by organizing backup, communicating status, and helping ensure timely resolution and accurate accounting.
• Assist with creating and processing credit memos and maintaining clear audit trails for adjustments.
• Ensure AR activities follow internal controls and documentation standards; support audit requests as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AR processes (e.g., improving remittance capture, standardizing deduction workflows, and enhancing reporting).

Area Sales Representative – CO

Director

• Lead the development of campaign-specific media strategies aligned to brand and business objectives.
• Partner closely with Creative, Insights, Influencer & Partnerships teams to translate business priorities into effective media plans.
• Evaluate media channel investments and recommend budget allocations to drive awareness and trial of Spindrift beverages.
• Ensure media plans balance short-term performance objectives with long-term brand growth.
• Own performance measurement and analytics across all paid media channels (eg: social, digital, CTV, audio), including development of actionable insights and recommendations for optimizations
• Maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards to track campaign performance against business objectives, KPIs, and media investment goals.
• Partner with media agencies, platform representatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate campaign tracking, tagging, and data integrity.
• Partner with analytics and insights teams to strengthen measurement frameworks and attribution approaches, including frameworks such as Marketing Mix Models, Brand Lift studies and Incrementality testing.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for the media agency relationship.
• Establish clear goals, deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations for agency partners.
• Review media plans, optimizations, reporting, and recommendations to ensure strategic rigor and accountability.
• Foster a collaborative partnership that drives innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic media partnerships that support brand objectives.
• Build relationships with publishers, platforms, and media partners.
• Assess sponsorship, experiential, content, and custom media opportunities, in conjunction with the Influencer & Partnerships team.
• Stay current on emerging platforms, consumer behaviors, and media trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Systems Engineer

• Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP.
• Configure and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with users to identify and resolve business challenges.
• Support system testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and adherence to governance standards.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support and optimize key workflows across procurement, inventory management, production planning, order management, fulfillment, and financial operations.

ERP Systems Analyst

Supply Chain

• End to end supply chain planning inclusive of MRP, purchasing execution, production planning and product allocation
• Inventory control efforts with raw materials and finished goods including, but not limited to, inventory transfers & lot tracking
• Use of MRP to execute purchasing that supports the set production plan
• Transactional execution and system management of a NetSuite inventory management system
• Manage appropriate inventory levels of finished goods across a multitude of 3rd party sites, accounting for both sales forecasts and customer orders
• Communicate thoroughly across functions, specifically with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, Accounting and Sales
• Actively communicate and work with co-packer & supplier partners to ensure timelines are met
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with freight partners for all shipments containing incomplete or inaccurate product information
