Area Sales Representative

Sales

• Ensure team’s product execution meets merchandising standards, including but not limited to the following:
• - Executing large and impactful displays

Regional Sales Manager

Manager

• Ownership of supply chain planning inclusive of MRP, purchasing execution, production planning and product allocation
• Work with the Sales, Sourcing & Supply Chain Planning teams to properly order materials and ingredients in both short-term and long-range planning to ensure purchasing execution aligns with forecasted demand
• Identify best practices and oversee transactional execution and system management of a NetSuite inventory management system
• Drive inventory control and inventory accuracy improvements with both raw materials and finished good across the network of copackers and 3PLs

Supply Planning Manager

Operations

• Receipt and verification of customer orders to process as per company guidelines in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for up to 5,000 customer orders per year.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses, freight partners, and internal supply chain team to ensure shipments are executed on time and in full.
• Track outbound shipments to verify timely fulfillment, delivery, and invoice creation.
• Maintain effective communication with Sales team and customers to resolve issues/challenges.
• Work with Accounting team to ensure any finance related issues (e.g., order discrepancies, credit holds, pricing, etc.) are addressed and resolved as needed.
• Independently identify and resolve issues with freight and warehousing partners for all shipments containing incomplete or inaccurate information.

• Lead all aspects of beverage formulation and product development within Spindrift Ventures.
• Manage, mentor, and develop two R&D specialists focused on liquid innovation; core and emerging.
• Oversee the daily operation and long-term vision of the in-house R&D lab.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Strategy, Operations) to ensure product concepts deliver on consumer and business objectives.

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for the beverage portfolio using historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams.
• Lead and facilitate the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, production plans, inventory levels, and sales strategies.
• Analyze sales data, promotional activities, seasonality, and market trends to refine forecasting models and improve accuracy.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to incorporate new product launches, promotions, and retailer demands into forecasts.

• Independently managing the Spindrift sensory program by overseeing onboarding and training of panelists, product retain tastings onsite, raw material evaluations, and standard production retains
• Managing the Product Retain Library to ensure it is neatly organized at all times, including maintaining an orderly process of receiving/processing product retains into the library upon arrival and the disposal/removal of out-of-date code samples
• Being accountable for sensory program documentation and reporting, including Quality System sensory data management
• Development and management of co-packer onsite sensory training, including, but not limited to; training of key personnel on site at all existing and future co-packer locations in sensory aspects of Spindrift raw materials and finished product
• Collaborating with various teams within operations on the following activities: finished product releases as needed, including review of finished micro reports and sensory evaluations, production holds as needed, including performing sensory evaluations on finished product and communicating results to relevant parties, onboarding and qualification of new suppliers, including performing required sensory evaluation of raw materials to determine acceptability for use, mock recalls internally and with suppliers/co-packers as required, and Spindrift ventures initiatives, including but not limited to overseeing raw material sensory evaluations, and packaging views

Sensory Analyst

Account Manager

• The Key Account Manager, Retail.com will report to the VP, of Ecommerce and will be responsible for performance on Walmart.com, Target.com, Instacart, among other large retailer accounts. The Key Account Manager will work to secure & grow partnerships in the ecommerce channel landscape and collaborate across departments to help chart our next level of growth as a modern beverage company.
• Manage category / brand specific P&L for ecommerce accounts and deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Must meet retailer’s top & bottom-line objectives as established by Spindrift.
• Build, develop and execute the annual sales plans, GTMs, and budgets with weekly performance reviews against objectives.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, manage, and execute promotional and advertising programs through retail media networks. Build out key campaign strategies determining the most efficient means of spending funds to meet internal KPI’s as well as meeting customer expectations.
• Leverage data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, average order value, conversion and profitability.
• Ensure the consumer experience on managed accounts is best-in-class, from content in PDPs, Brand Stores, Posts, Live, Custom Landing Pages, etc.
• Build key seasonal programs, by determining the right assortment and high ROI supporting tactics; plan and forecast volumes with internal teams to deliver exceptional incremental opportunities.

Accounting Manager

• Accounting Supervisor provides oversight of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll, with leadership and finance operations growth responsibilities.
• Lead and manage a team of four (two AP, two AR), including weekly 1:1 meetings to support development and priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable process: vendor onboarding, invoice entry, coding, approvals, and timely payment execution.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of vendor payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Accounting to troubleshoot and improve invoice processing efficiency.
• Monitor aging reports, unapplied credits, and duplicate payments; implement corrective actions.
• Support AR team in issuing credit memos, applying cash, and reconciling outstanding balances.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve AP and AR processes to meet internal policies and audit requirements.
• Assist with month-end close by preparing reconciliations and supporting schedules related to AP and AR.
• Train and onboard new team members and identify ongoing training opportunities.

• Manage and process bi-weekly payroll for U.S.-based employees (~200 and growing); own payroll calendar and ensure timely processing and reporting.

• Maintain accurate payroll records, oversee payroll system configuration and reporting, and partner with HR and Benefits teams.
• Stay current on payroll laws and partner with Finance and external advisors on payroll tax filings and audits; support financial audits.
