About the role

  • Field Sales Representative visits customers to sell in person.
  • Attracting new customers to the company and nurturing relationships.
  • Maximising the profit and Spin Master brand visibility within their territory.
  • Deliver product presentations and business proposals to customers.
  • Visiting customers regularly and evaluating needs and desires.
  • Understand customer timelines and provide required information to manage business.
  • Implement all Sales and Marketing Brand plan based on KAM budgets.
  • Monitoring retail Sales Prices and analyzing sell-through data.
  • Provide analysis to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk.
  • Clear and efficient communication with customers, providing fast solutions.
  • Work proactively with team members to deliver the best customer service.
  • Implement trade marketing activities to maximize Spin Master Brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Business studies with main focus on Sales and Marketing or adequate professional experience
  • 1 plus years national sales and account management exp.
  • Retail, Consumer Product Goods experience preferred
  • Customer driven approach- a go-getter attitude
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
  • Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
  • Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations, excel files, read POS reports
  • Fluent in English
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Ambitious, determined, results-oriented, convincing, extroverted, strong presentations skills
