About the role

  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness, drive engagement and achieve business objectives
  • Develop, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging and on-brand content for all social media platforms
  • Oversee daily activity across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, ensuring consistency in tone, voice and aesthetics
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, company initiatives and marketing efforts
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster a positive online community
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics, generating insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI
  • Stay informed of emerging trends, tools and best practices in social media

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Specialist
  • University degree (bachelor's or equivalent) in related field (e.g., communications, marketing, journalism)
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS corporate setting
  • Strong grasp of brand voice, identity and positioning
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics)
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing is a plus
