  • Use in-house level design tools in Unity to create tactics missions.
  • Design enemies, terrain effects, and mission objectives.
  • Playtest missions and iteratively improve them.
  • Collaborate closely with other game designers, artists, and engineers.
  • Help engineers improve the level design tooling.
  • Maintain knowledge and context of all level content in the game.

Requirements

  • Deep passion for tactics games.
  • Self-motivated to create tactics missions long-term.
  • Proven ability to make fun game content; provide portfolio.
  • Some programming skill, preferably with C#/Unity.
  • Ability to contribute to level design tooling and content scripts.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, high ownership startup environment.
  • Has shipped a game start to finish before.
