About the role
- Sales Support: Conduct technical system demos and discovery sessions to demonstrate to prospective customers how Spektrix’s solutions meet their business needs.
- Client Support: Serve as the main point of contact for our DACH clients for all support inquiries, ranging from day-to-day application questions to consulting projects.
- Market Analysis & Feedback: Help optimize Spektrix for the DACH market by documenting local requirements and feeding back insights.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Fluency in German
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in the arts and cultural sector
- Technical understanding of software
