Business Development Rep

• Sales Support: Conduct technical system demos and discovery sessions to show prospective clients how Spektrix’s solutions meet their business needs. You will also support the wider sales cycle through prospecting, lead qualification and contributing to tender/RFP responses.
• Implementation Management: Support onboarding and system implementation projects from contract signature through to go-live. You will create realistic project timelines, ensure strong system adoption through proactive communication, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and prepare our clients for long-term success.
• Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for our DACH clients for all support requests, from routine application questions to consulting projects. You will be supported by our established global Client Success teams.
• Market Representation & Stakeholder Management: Serve as an important ambassador for Spektrix in the DACH region, at industry events and in direct contact with prospects and partners. The strong external relationships you build will be reflected in close collaboration with our global teams to ensure a seamless, professional experience for our partners.
• Market Analysis & Feedback: Help tailor Spektrix for the DACH market by documenting local requirements—such as payment providers (payment gateways), tax regulations or culture-specific workflows—and communicating these insights to our product and engineering teams.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of data integrity by accurately recording all sales activities and project milestones in our internal systems (e.g., HubSpot) and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
