About the role
- Manage communications and logistics coordination with client teams and patient ambassadors for attendance at in-person or virtual meetings
- Support development of materials and communications for patient engagement and product communications
- Review materials for consistency, accuracy, and proper use of grammar
- Prepare, submit, and monitor materials following the client’s medical/legal/regulatory review process using Veeva
- Actively listen and take notes during internal and external calls, develop agenda/call recaps with next steps, and contribute as assigned during calls
- Coordinate with interwoven and project management teams to manage and adhere to deadlines and project timelines
- Take direction from team members, follow through, and make corrections to stay on track, adhering to project timelines
- Proactively identify, anticipate, and address client and team action items and next steps to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner
- Adhere to Spectrum’s guidelines in recording and submitting time, expenses, and POs utilizing proper job codes
Requirements
- Obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in communications, English or similar major
- Has at least 1-2 years agency experience, interest in healthcare and science communications/public relations
- Experience supporting biotech and/or pharma clients preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Knowledge of Veeva and medical/legal/regulatory review processes, including annotating and referencing
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrates adaptability to new information and shifting priorities
- Strong active listening ability, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team environment as well as work independently
