About the role

  • Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans for product launches and ongoing campaigns
  • Oversee the development of communication materials, ensuring they are ready for proofing and meet high-quality standards
  • Analyze data publications to extract insights and track updates based on client feedback
  • Lead internal communications strategy and execution, including developing processes and procedures
  • Plan and execute large celebrity campaigns, leveraging celebrity endorsements to enhance brand visibility
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product communications and account management
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools and VEEVA
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
