About the role
- Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans for product launches and ongoing campaigns
- Oversee the development of communication materials, ensuring they are ready for proofing and meet high-quality standards
- Analyze data publications to extract insights and track updates based on client feedback
- Lead internal communications strategy and execution, including developing processes and procedures
- Plan and execute large celebrity campaigns, leveraging celebrity endorsements to enhance brand visibility
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Requirements
- Proven experience in product communications and account management
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and VEEVA
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
