Serve as a hands-on technical resource for day-to-day systems operations, including identity, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise services.
Assist with the administration of enterprise productivity and collaboration platforms, ensuring configurations align with established policies and security standards.
Work on deploying, managing, and troubleshooting endpoint infrastructure for corporate workstations and laptops across multiple operating systems, maintaining security posture and user productivity.
Gain hands-on experience with secure email and messaging platform operations, including monitoring authentication issues, abuse signals, and policy enforcement.
Engage in knowledge sharing sessions and actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the IT field.
Document systems, procedures, and configurations to build and maintain a comprehensive IT knowledge base.
Gain exposure to cybersecurity concepts through learning and exploration.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Computer Science
Ability to commit to a 11-week internship (20-30 hours weekly)
