Account Executive

• New customer sales: You will manage your own pipeline of potential new customers, maintain close contact to understand their needs, and persuasively present our solution for model-based construction site management.
• Customer management and expansion: You will build and maintain your own customer portfolio and work to expand long-term collaboration and deploy specter on an increasing number of construction sites.
• Development of sales strategies: You will analyze customer needs and develop strategies to quickly and successfully acquire customers and expand engagements.
• Collaboration with internal teams: You will coordinate closely with our Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams, as well as the co-founders, to provide (prospective) new and existing customers with an optimal "customer journey" and to incorporate customer requirements into our solutions.
• Trade shows and events: You will represent specter at trade shows and events and stay informed about current industry trends.

• You will be primarily responsible for acquiring new customers
• You will conduct initial conversations with potential customers and coordinate sales meetings
• You will be part of the Sales Team and work closely with colleagues to implement processes and efficient pipeline management
• You will work and document in our CRM together with the entire Sales Team
• You will support events such as trade shows and conferences
• You will learn on a daily basis and be a central driver of growth
