About the role
- Assist optical, audiology, Home Visit and NewMedica business areas across the UK, ROI and Netherlands
- Take incoming calls and log queries for investigation
- Handle daily allocation of new emails and portal queries
- Build relationships within the Finance Customer Response team
- Follow correct escalation routes for complex queries
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and support continuous improvement
