  • ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences
  • ability to attract candidates through a variety of sourcing methods
  • ability to write compelling job adverts
  • proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn and CV databases
  • ability to handle challenges with confidence and explore alternative solutions
