Requirements
- solid in‑house recruitment experience across a range of functions and levels
- experience within the IT landscape, covering Networks, Infrastructure, Data, Architecture, Delivery, Software Engineers and Developers
- clear communication skills
- ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences
- ability to attract candidates through a variety of sourcing methods
- ability to write compelling job adverts
- proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn and CV databases
- ability to handle challenges with confidence and explore alternative solutions
