About the role
- Play a key role in keeping the hearcare department running smoothly
- Cover a wide range of administrative duties, including answering telephone calls, triaging patients, handling customer queries, managing appointments, updating and filing records
- Managing essential back‑office tasks such as data audits, emails, stock adjustments and ordering
- Support the Hearcare team with hearing aid repairs, including showing customers basic maintenance
Requirements
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, and email
- Strong administration skills
- Experience in an admin or call‑centre environment is beneficial
- Computer literate with the ability to handle multiple systems
- Able to work independently while also liaising effectively with team members
- Comfortable using own initiative to manage and prioritise workload
