About the role

  • Play a key role in keeping the hearcare department running smoothly
  • Cover a wide range of administrative duties, including answering telephone calls, triaging patients, handling customer queries, managing appointments, updating and filing records
  • Managing essential back‑office tasks such as data audits, emails, stock adjustments and ordering
  • Support the Hearcare team with hearing aid repairs, including showing customers basic maintenance

Requirements

  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, and email
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience in an admin or call‑centre environment is beneficial
  • Computer literate with the ability to handle multiple systems
  • Able to work independently while also liaising effectively with team members
  • Comfortable using own initiative to manage and prioritise workload
