About the role

  • Support people leaders by providing coaching and guidance in the areas of performance management, talent management, compensation and change management
  • Partner with the Head of HR & Talent on delivering strategic talent planning activities including organizational design, people review, and succession planning
  • Partner with the Head of Talent and external facilitators to support with the delivery and occasional co-facilitation of training to our support office employees
  • Partner with our Global DEI Team on delivering inclusion initiatives in the region
  • Trusted advisor on all elements of the employee lifecycle to people managers and individual contributors within Support Office
  • Collaborating with the Global Rewards team to support the execution of our total rewards strategy and to ensure the successful implementation and communication of total rewards across the business
  • Support with design and implementation of people and/or workforce priorities and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in in HR, including experience of working in a business partnering type role
  • Has personal drive and is able to add positive value
  • Demonstrates empathy, is a team-player, and driven by great engagement
  • Able to navigate in a matrix organization, dealing with stakeholder management on all levels
  • Structured approach and able to focus on the detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Has a consultative and proactive mind-set that is used in interactions with the business
