About the role

  • You’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores, working among a team of experienced professionals to deliver unmatched customer service every single day.
  • This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job.
  • You’ll gain valuable experience in admin and call centre-style tasks, such as handling customer queries over the phone, booking appointments, managing records, and supporting the day-to-day running of the store behind the scenes.
  • While this will be your main base, the role may also involve occasional travel to our nearby spoke stores in London Road (Brighton), Hove, and Portslade.

Requirements

  • It’s essential you haven’t worked in the Customer Service sector before, this is a new adventure
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers’ lives easier
  • Great teamwork
  • A good initiative
  • Confidence in using IT systems
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
  • Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we’ll be there to support and guide you throughout your process (with your openness and our guidance, your opportunities will be endless)
  • Individuals who have lived in the EU for 3 years or more, with the right to work in the UK
