About the role
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires
- Set up employees in our HR system
- Coordinate equipment and access with IT
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming first-day experience
- Provide general administrative HR support
- Manage office supplies (ordering snacks, drinks, and materials)
- Coordinate weekly team lunch (e.g., Thursday lunch)
- Organize and coordinate monthly Town Halls
- Support internal events
- Help maintain a well-organized and pleasant office space
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Proactive and hands-on attitude
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Available to start in May, 32 hours per week
