Manage user support requests for Jira, JSM, and Confluence
Perform permission and access changes
Configure workflows and system settings
Conduct system maintenance and administrative tasks
Monitor integrations and resolve issues
Implement enhancements and workflow improvements
Maintain automation updates (where supported)
Optimize dashboards, reports, fields, and screen configurations
Configure and maintain projects, workflows, schemes, fields, and permission models
Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls
Administer Atlassian Access (SSO, MFA, conditional access)
Maintain configuration baselines and documentation
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Atlassian/vendor support
Monitor system performance and usage trends
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Provide live “Open Office Hour” support for AGC users
Enforce FedRAMP, FISMA, and agency-specific security controls
Support security reviews and ATO activities
Ensure compliance with government data classification standards
Develop dashboards and reports using JQL
Provide ad-hoc reporting for leadership and audits

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
4–6 years Atlassian Cloud administration & development experience
4–6 years designing complex Jira/JSM/Confluence workflows and solutions
2–4 years Atlassian Data Center experience
2–4 years cloud architecture & SaaS development experience
2–4 years software/integration development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, GraphQL preferred)
Experience developing API integrations (REST APIs) with tools such as Slack, GitHub, and AWS
Scripting proficiency (Groovy, Python, or Bash)
Basic SQL knowledge
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a secure, regulated environment.
