Manage configuration and changes in existing systems and in development projects for new solutions
Create baselines and verify naming conventions and organization of configuration items in the Configuration Management tool
Control configuration and changes of products delivered to the customer
Provide support to product development activities
Provision workspaces and configuration items required by team members
Perform configuration identification and control, configuration audits, and release and delivery management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
Completion of a higher education degree plus a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours
Configuration management
Change control
Software versioning in distributed and/or mainframe environments
Knowledge of configuration management principles and discipline (ISO/IEC 12207, ITIL Release Management)
