Requirements

  • Proven, seasoned professional in business development
  • Deep understanding of low-cost country contract manufacturing
  • Experience in scaling operations and landing high-value contracts
  • Exceeded sales targets of $10M or more per deal for new accounts with Aerospace & Defense, Medical, and Industrial customers
  • Proven success placing customers in low-cost country manufacturing with examples they can share
  • Deep understanding of PCBA, electromechanical assembly, and full product integration
  • Skilled at engaging engineering, supply chain, and executive stakeholders
  • Must have a positive, go-getter attitude
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $150,000 to $165,000 + Commission up to three times the base
