- Source new OEM customers looking for high-tech, low-cost solutions
- Drive revenue growth in the Vietnam site
- Manage complex deals and close high-value contracts
Requirements
- Proven, seasoned professional in business development
- Deep understanding of low-cost country contract manufacturing
- Experience in scaling operations and landing high-value contracts
- Exceeded sales targets of $10M or more per deal for new accounts with Aerospace & Defense, Medical, and Industrial customers
- Proven success placing customers in low-cost country manufacturing with examples they can share
- Deep understanding of PCBA, electromechanical assembly, and full product integration
- Skilled at engaging engineering, supply chain, and executive stakeholders
- Must have a positive, go-getter attitude
Benefits
- Base salary range of $150,000 to $165,000 + Commission up to three times the base
