Full-stack Engineer

• Own and execute the end-to-end outbound strategy to identify, qualify, and win high-potential B2B deep tech startups as prospective Sparksense clients.
• Map out and actively attend premier industry trade shows, sector conferences, and regional innovation hubs across Europe to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and run rigorous, data-driven research and prospecting campaigns utilising advanced tooling, including AI platforms.
• Secure client onboarding and coordinate ongoing project delivery alongside our senior advisor network to guarantee exceptional service and client retention.
• Cultivate deep relationships with European tech clusters, incubators, and accelerators to position Sparksense as their premier, go-to commercial acceleration partner.
• Partner directly with the Managing Director on key accounts, strategic commercial priorities, and regional growth initiatives.
