About the role
- Initiate development of strategy and execute a results-driven strategy for client social presence
- Manage multiple editorial and content calendars to create social content that is in-line with brand messaging, tone, and voice
- Track Social Media KPIs monthly and analyze performance against top marketing goals to improve the content strategy
- Take the lead in analytics and listening tools to create reports for clients reflecting Social Media performance on weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in social media
- Proficient in Meltwater
- Expertise in social media and community building online
- Strong creative writing, researching, and editing skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining constant communication with the larger team and clients
- Flexibility and comfort working with a remote team in a fast-paced, always-on environment
