About the role
- Monitor and evaluate online media and social networking trends to identify actionable insights.
- Develop, prepare, and disseminate analytical summary reports for federal clients.
- Contribute to the creation of specialized media and social networking reports tailored to client needs.
- Operate and maintain web-based applications and tools used for social media analysis.
- Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in social media/networking analysis.
- Participate in rotational shift work to ensure 24/7 operational coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Intelligence Studies, or a related field
- Proficiency with tools and resources for accessing and analyzing social networking data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to remain current with developments in social media analysis
