About the role

  • Implement and expand sales structures and the optimal sales process in individual locations
  • Responsible for onboarding new sales employees at the individual (trade) locations
  • Analyze the current situation and derive appropriate measures; provide on-site support and training to colleagues using practical sales tools
  • Monitor the implementation of agreed measures and the achievement of milestones in collaboration with project management
  • Screen candidates and advise executive management on hiring new sales staff at the locations
  • Systematically analyze and closely manage the sales performance of newly independent sites during the onboarding phase, including sales controlling
  • Support the marketing team
  • Continuously optimize processes and sales tools in close cooperation with Product Management, Operational Excellence and Marketing
  • Promote exchange between sales staff and locations to implement successful sales approaches

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales with a B2C focus
  • Experience building and implementing sales structures
  • Enjoy providing on-site support and willing to travel accordingly
  • Outgoing, empathetic, self-motivated and persuasive, able to establish sales processes on-site and train employees
  • Strong communication skills and networking competence
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany (driving license class B)
  • Very good German language skills
