About the role
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone.
- Assist customers with the mobile app, including booking a car, explaining features, and addressing pricing and billing questions.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, aiming for a swift resolution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our EV fleet, including charging procedures and vehicle features.
- Registering complains of customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- English Language (B2 or higher)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or rental industry will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent Microsoft Office user.
