Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
Ensure high-quality day-to-day general accounting and bookkeeping processes according to Local Statutory Accounting Requirements and IFRS
Maintain smooth accounting documentation flow, organization and intercompany procedure
Prepare monthly VAT declaration, Intrastat declaration, and Statistics reports
Follow the guidance of the Financial controller and Group Accounting Policies
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Support management with all accounting and financial questions

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting or audit
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on process improvement
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
Proficiency in MS Excel and cloud-based tools (e.g., OneDrive)
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
