About the role
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and guide decision-making
- Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities
- Design and optimize key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Support change management efforts related to new systems, tools, or workflows
Requirements
- 1-5+ years of consulting, business operations, or investment banking experience
- Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to external stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality
