  • A strong and pragmatic eye for craft
  • A passion for learning and self-improvement
  • Experience as an early creative hire at another startup.
  • Experience (and a passion for) embracing new tools and technologies
  • Experience working on brands in the B2B/SaaS space, complex multi-product platforms, or technical products.
  • Experience collaborating across multi-timezone and global teams.
