Program Manager

• - Take ownership of programmes and their projects cooperating with other Programme Managers within the business unit to handle cross-dependencies and deliver on the business objectives.
• - Participate in the continuous improvement of the PM office and business processes at large.
• - Contribute to planning and development of contract bids and new internal scopes of work and lead on implementation.

QA Engineer

• Ensuring compliance with company and applicable standards, procedures, and customer requirements
• Participate in Design reviews as a key stakeholder in the approval.
• Participate in Testing campaigns and key review points.
• Define and perform inspections on internal and external products during development to ensure the correct standards are being applied.
• Maintaining and driving the Non-Conformance System and reporting to the customer where required.
• Establish and maintain PA/QA requirements for our Space and Materials developments and projects
• Define and implement PA and QA plans for the complete lifecycle of our programmes
• Preparing Safety Data packages for upcoming launches
• Working with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure requirements are met.
• Visiting suppliers to support audit and quality inspections
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop the PA/QA and safety function with support from the executive team
• Supporting regulatory and licensing compliance - working closely with the licensing team
