About the role
- Coordinating and confirming shift bookings
- Managing last-minute changes and cancellations with confidence and composure
- Building positive relationships with both therapists and clients — understanding their preferences and needs
- Maintaining accurate records using our internal CRM system
- Creating, posting, and managing job alerts across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)
- Managing block-bookings and special project requirements
- Coordinating all accommodation requests with efficiency and attention to detail
Requirements
- You must be based in the UK
- Must be able to drive and have access to a car
- Confident using PC skills (Word, Excel, CRM systems, mobile apps)
- Highly organised, able to multitask effectively and good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Calm, capable and composed under pressure
- Previous experience in recruitment, booking coordination, or spa/wellness operations is highly advantageous
- Warm, people-focused and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Able to provide a quiet, professional home workspace
- Enthusiasm, drive, and a can-do attitude!
