Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
Over 7 years of experience in software development for large-scale, web-based products
At least 2 years in a software architecture and technical leadership role, with experience leading offshore teams being a plus
Proficiency with the Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, Visual Studio) and React
Exceptional communication skills with a talent for mentoring and guiding team members
The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Proven experience collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
A creative, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
