About the role
- Develop and execute technical strategies and programs
- Work with engineering teams to improve code quality and product performance
- Build effective proofs of concept and rapid prototypes to address evolving business needs
- Mentor the engineering team to elevate their skills and increase output
- Architect new features and manage existing codebases using best practices
- Align with Scrum teams to ensure architectural decisions are implemented effectively
- Communicate daily with team members and the product owner to prepare work for development
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
- Over 7 years of experience in software development for large-scale, web-based products
- At least 3 years in a software architecture and technical leadership role
- Experience leading offshore teams being a plus
- Proficiency with the Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, Visual Studio)
- Proficiency with React
- Exceptional communication skills
- Talent for mentoring and guiding team members
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- A creative, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning
