About the role
- Manage projects effectively and efficiently across the full lifecycle
- Establish and manage project controls to ensure milestones are met
- Ensure the quality of all project deliverables
- Identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, and changes
- Liaise with stakeholders and project boards
- Assign and balance workloads, motivate and guide team members
- Produce project management documentation (plans, schedules, reports)
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and presentations
- Organise and conduct project meetings
Requirements
- Over 8 years of IT experience
- At least 5 years as a Project Manager on medium to large projects
- Certified in PRINCE2, PMP, PM2, or another internationally recognised project management methodology
- Master’s degree (Level 7) in ICT or a related field
- Proven experience leading at least one medium–large ICT project as a Project Manager
- Excellent conflict management and resolution skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in the public sector, ideally in international or EU-related organisations
- C1 level English with certification
- Knowledge of Data Privacy & Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Business Continuity, Information Security Risk Assessment in EU contexts
- Additional project management or Agile certifications (desired)
- Experience with international teams and large-scale IT environments (desired)
