About the role

  • Manage projects effectively and efficiently across the full lifecycle
  • Establish and manage project controls to ensure milestones are met
  • Ensure the quality of all project deliverables
  • Identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, and changes
  • Liaise with stakeholders and project boards
  • Assigning and balancing workloads, motivating and guiding team members
  • Produce project management documentation (plans, schedules, reports)
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and presentations
  • Organise and conduct project meetings

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of IT experience
  • At least 5 years as a Project Manager on medium to large projects
  • PRINCE2, PMP, PM2, or another internationally recognised project management methodology certification
  • Master’s degree (Level 7) in ICT or a related field
  • Recognised project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, PM2 (Essential or Advanced) or similar
  • Proven experience leading at least one medium–large ICT project as a Project Manager
  • Excellent conflict management and resolution skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in the public sector, ideally in international or EU-related organisations
  • C1 level English with certification
  • Knowledge of Data Privacy & Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Business Continuity, Information Security Risk Assessment in EU contexts
  • Additional project management or Agile certifications (desired)
  • Experience with international teams and large-scale IT environments (desired)
